Roadmaps and workflows
As part of McClatchy’s leadership team, I managed the product roadmap, ensuring alignment across teams and prioritizing impactful projects. I also developed a conditional marketing intake form that automatically integrated with our project management platform, streamlining requests and improving visibility into team workflows.
Email design system
I oversaw the creation of an email design system — a style guide and code library that brought aesthetic consistency and efficiency to the email channel. This system aligned with McClatchy’s site design system, reducing design overhead and ensuring a cohesive brand experience across platforms.
